Repeat Events

For repeating events, add repeating dates so that you do not have to enter each event from scratch.

Associate Groups

An event can be associated with multiple ministry or care groups. So a single event record can be displayed on the calendars of multiple groups' mini-websites.

Track Attendance

Keep track of who attends which events.

Quickly add Attendees

Easy to use attendance form allows you to quickly search for persons and add many attendees without having to wait for the form to reload each time. Typing the first few letters of a name brings up a listing of matching person which you can select and add as attendees without page reload.

Event registration

Enable registration tracking mode to pre-register people for events. After the event, you can mark which ones attended or did not show up. You can use the attendance listing to generate mail merge letters to those with certain attendance settings (e.g., send letters to all who registered but did not show up in order to invite them to attend the next event).

Future upgrades to this module will include, publishing event registration forms to the website, tracking receipt of event registration fees and consent forms, Sunday School and conference management, and integration with child care check-in and check-out procedures.
