Publish forms

Forms can be published to a public page on your website or to the private member's area of the website. They can also be published within the Ascribe application for use by your data entry staff or volunteers.

Enable ticket tracking

Enable “ticket tracking” for a form to allow your staff and volunteers to reply to a person after they have submitted a form. Ascribe will send the person an email that a response is available on the website. When he or she clicks the link, they will be taken to a message board interface which will allow the person and the staff/volunteer to communicate back and forth until the issue is resolved.

Track and handle form submissions

All form submissions are saved and can be viewed. If ticket tracking has been enabled, the form submission listing will detail whether a submission has been handled or requires attention.

Processing of form submissions from a form published on the website will allow you to either (1) link the name and email address or (2) create a new person record based on the name given in the form submission. Some fields can be configured to send its data to a person’s profile. For example, if a person submits their name and phone number in a form, the name and phone number can be added to the person record attached to that email address. From this area, you can also respond by email to the form submittor.

Configure Ascribe automatically send personalized email response that is tailored based on information supplied by the form submittor. For example, create a ministry interest form on the website where people can indicate interest in volunteering to help in a certain ministry. Based upon their selections, Ascribe will send out email responses for the ministries they have selected. Ascribe can also be set up to automatically notify ministry leaders by email, set up follow-up to do items or initiate a particular discipleship goal or goals for the person who submitted the form
