In a piece of music each note must play in a certain order before you can have harmony. All the notes are equal but some must be played first and some notes must be played louder or softer. In the same way we must submit or give up a part of what we want to have order in our lives. Even though it is not a popular idea submission is not a sign of weakness but is required for cooperation.
